All hair extensions are 100% human hair, free of synthetic fillers, and sourced directly from donors.
Each product undergoes strict quality inspections before shipping.
As raw, unprocessed hair, natural variations in color, texture, and curl patterns may occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unused Products Only: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that are unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7-14 days of delivery.
Defective Items: Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a return or exchange.
No Returns on Used Items: Due to hygiene concerns, altered or used products cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed promptly once returned items are inspected and confirmed in original condition.
A restocking fee may apply to some returns.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
