Variations: As raw hair is unprocessed, natural variations in color, curl patterns, and texture are to be expected.

 

Unprocessed Condition: Raw hair is not chemically treated, dyed, or altered, maintaining its natural cuticle alignment for optimal quality.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

No Returns on Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, used or altered extensions are non-returnable.

 

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7-14 days of delivery.

 

Defective Products: If a product is defective, customers must report it within 3 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed as soon as possible once the product is returned in the same manner it was sold. (NO products being added, bundles should still be in original banding, no heat should be applied)

 

Partial Refunds: A restocking fee may be applied to returned items.

 

Non-Refundable Items: Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

 

Maintenance and Care Policy
